Recently, there has been a lot of coverage of Sen. Franken's Credit Rating Agency amendment. Michael Lewis, the author of The Big Short, said that, "the lone remaining risk to the status quo is the Franken amendment - introduced by Senator Al Franken of Minnesota...The Franken amendment thus gums up what has been heretofore a very cleanly rigged system."
