Water/Wastewater Management

As the Land of 10,000 Lakes, water plays a large role in our identity as Minnesotans, and this makes preserving this precious natural resource all the more important. Senator Franken believes that every Minnesotan is entitled to safe drinking water and is committed to protecting Minnesota's abundance of fresh water. He has pushed for federal funding for critical water treatment projects across the state. He will continue his efforts to protect public health by improving water quality and public sanitation services.
