Sen. Franken voted to pass the Farm Bill, which included his provision to help rural farmers use renewable energy. The Farm Bill also helps reduce the deficit while keeping a strong safety net for farmers.
The bill also included a provision that Franken introduced to reauthorize a program that helps agriculture producers and businesses in rural areas invest in renewable energy.
