KELO TV: "Franken Works On Lewis & Clark Water Project"

Sen. Franken is pushing for the federal government to complete work on the Minnesota portion of the Lewis and Clark water project.
"This is exactly the kind of infrastructure project that will create jobs in the building of it. But it will also create economic development," Franken said. "There's an estimated over $400 million in economic development that will come out of this. This is penny-wise and pound foolish if we don't finish this thing."
